Our venue, the Sydney Portugal Community Club (Fraser Park), is conveniently located in the heart of Marrickville with ample access to public transport. The venue is a quick 4-minute walk from Sydenham Train Station, home of the Sydney Metro and T4 & T8 train lines. Bus routes 418 (Saturday/Sunday every 30 minutes) and 425 (Saturday only every 60 minutes) also service the area and stop right outside the venue.

From Sydenham Train station, simply head west on Gleeson Ave, towards Railway Pde, take a slight left onto Railway Pde and continue onto Marrickville Rd before turning left at the next driveway and following the signage to the market entry.

The venue also has on-site parking available for more than 80 vehicles with unrestricted, all-day parking available in surrounding streets including Marrickville Rd, Barclay St (No Through Road), Buckley St, Sydney St and Gerald St. If you’re heading to us from Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre, take Edinburgh Rd and Fitzroy St to Sydenham Rd, turn left onto Sydenham Rd and right onto Sydney St before turning left onto Marrickville Rd. Turn right at the next driveway and follow the signage to the market entry. We’re just a short 5-minute drive from the centre.

The venue is home to the Fraser Park Football Club, as well as the Sydney Portugal Community Club, a Portuguese cultural club featuring a restaurant with a traditional menu and a bar.

Pets are welcome on the ample grounds, but not indoors, so bring your furry friends, grab a drink, and enjoy the vast facilities the club has to offer.
